Sports are full of moments that deserve to be remembered.
A player talking about a comeback win. The energy before a tournament final. A venue packed with competitors on a Sunday morning. The friendships, rivalries, celebrations, and stories that make recreational sport special.
We're looking for a Content Creator who can capture those moments and turn them into content people genuinely want to watch, share, and come back to.
You'll own the process end-to-end — planning shoots, filming on location, editing content, and helping shape how HiFy shows up across social media.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute shoots across tournaments, venues, community events, and special projects.
- Capture player interviews, venue spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, match-day coverage, and community stories.
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Identify and publish timely content that keeps our channels active and engaging.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Build relationships with players, venue partners, and organisers to bring authentic stories to life.
- Help define and evolve HiFy's visual and content style as we grow.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience creating social-first video content.
- A strong portfolio or reel showcasing your shooting and editing work.
- Confidence operating cameras and production equipment independently.
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, plus basic After Effects skills.
- Strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of what performs on modern social platforms.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage projects from shoot planning through final delivery.
- A genuine passion for sports and sports culture.
Nice to have
- Photography experience.
- Advanced motion graphics skills.
- Colour grading experience.
- Copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and titles.
- Experience covering live events or sports content.
