1. Order Cancellation Policy

Important: Once purchased, the order cannot be cancelled.

All orders placed through the HiFy App are considered final upon successful payment processing. Please note that orders can only be placed through our mobile application, not through the website.

2. Refund Policy

Refund will be initiated only when HiFy is not able to fulfill your request.

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure of our recording equipment during your booked session
  • Venue cancellation or unavailability beyond our control
  • System malfunction preventing content delivery
  • Any other scenario where HiFy is unable to provide the purchased service

2.2 Refund Process

When a refund is applicable:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

3. Content Revision Policy

For revision to the generated content, you must place a fresh order.

3.1 Content Delivery

Our AI-powered system automatically generates highlights, clips, and content based on your gameplay. The content delivered represents our best algorithmic analysis of your session.

3.2 Revision Requirements

If you require different highlights, alternative clips, or additional content from the same session:

  • A new order must be placed through the HiFy App
  • Standard pricing applies for revision orders
  • Revision requests cannot be accommodated within the original order
  • Each order represents a complete, standalone service delivery

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

While our standard policy is outlined above, we may consider exceptions in extraordinary circumstances:

  • Medical emergencies preventing attendance
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Government-imposed restrictions affecting venue operations

Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation.
